This new hypercar is expected to break Hennessey’s own record for the world’s fastest convertible, set by the Venom GT Spyder with a top speed of 265.6 mph. The Roadster’s roof is a work of art in its own right. Made from lightweight carbon fiber composites, the single-piece removable panel weighs just 18 pounds (8 kg) and is easy to install or remove by one person. The roof is fully insulated and lined with soft Alcantara upholstery, ensuring a comfortable ride even with the top on. When not in use, the roof panel can be stored in a custom-made Merino wool travel bag or displayed as a piece of sculpture on a bespoke pedestal designed to mirror the hypercar’s aesthetic.
