In the mid-80s Mohr launched its first replicas. Production was later acquired by Gorgus in the 90s and by Glauner in 2000. The Rush Classic Roadster, on offer since 1987, was a copy of the Lotus Seven (1957-73). The original sports Dakota F1 Roadster debuted at the 1997 Frankfurt Motor Show. The car was made with an aluminum body in two sizes: M and XL. The 2001 Essen Motor Show featured Glauner’s largest version – the Dakota F1 Roadster XXL – with a Cosworth 2.0-liter 350 hp engine.
