Minari was established by Sean Predengast and Andrew Borrowman in the early '90s. Their first original model was the ClubSport convertible kit based on Alfa Romeo Alfasud. The Mk2 version (a.k.a. RoadSport) was introduced in 1993. It was taken over by Adrenaline Motorsport who developed it into the Subaru Impreza-based Murtaya.
