Formed in 1975 (till 1986 operating as Stimula), since 1978 the company has been manufacturing upon-order exact copies of the Bugatti 55, offering them under the name of Roadster Type 55. In 1990 the company introduced the Tourer Type 55 (2+2 version), and in 1992 – the Atalante Type 57S coupe/cabrio (a replica of the Bugatti 57 Atalante 1935) and sporty versions of Type 55: the 2-seat Grand Prix and the 2+2 Grand Sport. The models were powered by BMW engines. In 1995 the company launched the original, sporty, 2-door, 2-seat Roadster powered by Peugeot.
