The company was set up in 1962 and between the years 1962-1972, it manufactured sportscars cars under the name of Mark 4, Mark 5, Mark 6, and Mark 7 (altogether 680 units), between the years 1979-7192 Nagari coupe and Nagari convertible (140 units) and between the years of 1979-1970 targa Ikara roadsters (12 units).
At the February 2008 Melbourne Car Show the Company presented and then introduced into the serial production the brand new Nagari coupe equipped with Toyota V6-3.5l 299 hp engine.
In 2019 Nagari 500 model was presented for a small production run.
