Alternative Vehicle Technology from Hatch Beauchamp, Somerset made the 100E model from 1995 to mid-2000s. It was an electric kitcar resembling Renault Espace. It could develop 160 km/h at a range of up to 240 km.  AVT offered the model both in hatchback and pick-up body versions as well as electric conversions for Ford, Volkswagen, Toyota, Fiat, Mini models.
